- On the right side of an item you might see a cloud icon with a number. This means that one or more comments and/or assessments have been added to the item. The number next to the cloud shows how many comments/assessments have been added.
- Click on the arrow next to the item with the comments/assessments.
- Click View.
Under the Comments header you will find an overview of the added comments. It is possible to remove them (by clicking on the trash can) and to sort them by date.

View your comments and assessments
It is possible to view the comments and assessments you have given to a student as long as the student still shares this item with you.
- Go to the Explore tab in your ePortfolio.
A list of items shared with you will appear.
- Click the text cloud behind an item to view the comments and assessments.
- Click First Name to sort based on first names.
- Click Last Name to sort based on last names.
When a student stops sharing the item you can no longer view the comments and assessments you added.
When the student reshares the same item you will once again be able to see the previously added comments and assessments.
If you click a text cloud next to a presentation a new window will open in your browser. This is not the case for other items. However, the functionalities and content of this window of the presentation is the same as the window of the other items.
