Starting up the equipment

When you enter the lecture hall, the touch screen is switched off (black).

1. Activate the touch screen
Touch the screen with your finger. You will now see the start screen (Screen 1).

2. Start the equipment
Touch the screen again to start up the equipment in the room.

3. Check the startup status
Once the equipment has fully booted up, Screen 2 will appear and the system will be ready for use.

Use of the equipment

1. Using a laptop (USB-C)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via a USB-C connector.

2. Using a laptop (HDMI)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via an HDMI connector.

3. Decrease media volume
Reduce the volume of the desktop PC or your connected laptop.

4. Increase media volume
Increase the volume of the desktop PC or your connected laptop.

5. Mute media volume
Mute the volume of the desktop PC or your connected laptop.

6. Adjusting the lapel microphone volume
Press this button to open a menu where you can adjust the volume of the lapel microphone. (see screen 3)

7. Administrator menu
This menu is only accessible to audiovisual services.

8. Weblecture recording indicator
Indicates whether a web lecture recording is active.

9. Picture mute
Press this button to hide the image from the fixed PC or your laptop. The image will no longer be displayed on the projector or in the web lecture recording.

10. Switch off the projector
This switches off the projector, while the other equipment continues to function.

11. Inactive button
This button currently has no function.

12. Switch off the system
Press this button to switch off the entire system. All equipment will be switched off and will no longer be usable.

13. Media volume indicator
Indicates the current media volume
