Starting up the room equipment

1. Starting the equipment
Press the “ON” button to switch on the equipment. This button flashes during start-up. When the flashing stops and the button remains lit, the equipment has started up correctly.

2. Select your source
When the “ON” button stops flashing, select the appropriate source. Select Wireless, USB-C, or HDMI.

Use of the equipment

1. Switch on equipment
Press this button to switch on the equipment. The button will light up white when the equipment is switched on.

2. Wireless (please note: this is not available in all rooms)
Select this button if you wish to use the wireless system. The button will light up white when selected.

3. Using a laptop (USB-C)
Select this button if you are using a laptop connected with a USB-C cable. The button will light up white when selected.

4. Using a laptop (HDMI)
Select this button if you are using a laptop connected with an HDMI cable. The button will light up white when selected.

5. Mute button (please note: this is not available in all rooms)
Press this button to hide the image from your laptop. The image will no longer be displayed on the projector/LCD screen or in the web lecture recording. The button will light up red when activated.

6. Media volume
This rotary knob controls the media volume of your PC or laptop. Turn it to the right to increase the volume and to the left to decrease it.

7. Media volume indicator
This meter indicates how high the media volume is set. The more lights you see, the higher the volume is set.

8. Switching off equipment
Press this button to switch off the equipment. The button flashes red when the system is switching off.  When the button stays red the equipment is no longer switched on.
