Touching the Extron control panel on the equipment cabinet brings up the control screen.  

1. In the left-hand column, select Teacher and the presentation source (Laptop, PC or Wireless). The screen will now start up. The source is only visible on the teacher’s screen.

2. You can display your presentation on the student screens by selecting the presentation source (Laptop, PC or Wireless) under Teacher Preset. The student screens will now start up. When the student screens are on, this is indicated by an orange bar beneath the student screen on the control panel.

3. By selecting Collaboration, students can access the student screens themselves. A laptop can be connected using the laptop cable.

4. If you want to share a student screen with the rest of the room, you can select the desired student screen under Student Preset.

5. If necessary, adjust the volume using the volume slider on the right-hand side of the screen.

6. Turn off unused screens by selecting the relevant screen under System Status. Press the button again to turn it back on.

7. The device can be switched off using the Power button at the bottom left of the screen.
