Starting up the equipment
1. Activate the touchscreen
Touch the screen with your finger. You will now see the Welcome screen.
2. Turn on the equipment
Tap the screen again to start up the equipment in the room.
3. Check the startup status
Once the equipment has fully booted up, the Start screen will appear and the system will be ready for use.
Start screen
1. Power
Press this button to turn the system or projector on or off.
2. Source
Press this button to start the projector and select a source.
Please note: It takes about 90 seconds for the projector to start up.
3. Camera
Press this button to open the Camera info menu.
4. Controlbox

5. Recorder
Press this button to open the Recorder info menu.
6. Discussion
Press this button to open the Discussion info menu.
7. Microphone
Press this button to open the Microphone info menu.
8. Audiomixer
Press this button to open the Audio Mixer info menu.
9. Volume down / up
Set the desired media volume here.
10. Picture mute
Press this button to hide your laptop screen. The screen will no longer be displayed on the projector or in the web lecture recording. The button glows blue when activated.
11. Audio Mute
Press this button to mute or unmute the media.

1. HDMI
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the HDMI port.
2. PC
Select this option if you want to use the desktop computer at the lectern.
3. USB-C
Select this option if you're using a laptop connected via the USB-C port.
4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

1. Opname
Press this button to start recording.
2. Pauze
Press this button to pause the recording.
3. Stop
Press this button to stop the recording.
4. Connected storage device
Here you can see whether there is a storage medium in the recorder and, if so, what type it is.
5. Close window
Click this button to close the window.
Recorder
There are two different ways to start, stop, and pause an audio recording. It is strongly recommended that you perform these actions using the control panel. Although the storage medium must be inserted directly into the recorder, it is therefore not recommended to control the recording directly on the recorder itself.
Be mindful of the storage medium you use for recording.
There is a capacity limit you need to take into account:
SD cards (512MB–2GB)
SDHC cards (4GB–32GB)
SDXC cards (64GB–128GB)
USB flash drives (512MB–128GB)
1. USB port
You can insert a USB flash drive here.
2. SD card slot
You can insert an SD/SDHC/SDXC card here.
3. Stop
Press this button to stop recording.
4. Pause
Press this button to pause the recording.
5. Record
Press this button to start the recording.
Auditory aid
There is a portable hearing loop system in the chapel; the receivers can be found at the bottom of the lectern.
