Starting up the equipment

1. Activate the touchscreen
Touch the screen with your finger. You will now see the welcome screen.

2. Switch on the equipment
Tap the screen again to start up the equipment in the room.

3. Check the startup status
Once the equipment has started up completely, the start screen will appear and the system will be ready for use.

Using the equipment

1. Using the lectern
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the USB-C or HDMI port.

2. Using the control centre
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the HDMI port on the control centre.

3. Floor socket-3
This button does not work.

4. DVD
Select this option if you want to watch a DVD using the DVD player in the equipment room.

5. Picture mute
Press this button to hide your laptop screen. The screen will no longer be displayed on the projector or in the web lecture recording. The button lights up blue when activated.

6. Stop projection
Press this button to switch off the projector.

7. Switching off equipment
Press this button to switch off the entire system. All equipment will be switched off and will no longer be operational.

8. Sun protection
This button does not work.

9. Light
Press this button to adjust the work light.

10. Spots
Press this button to adjust the theatre lighting

11. Volume down / up
Set the desired volume for the media here.

12. Audio mute/unmute
Press this button to mute or unmute the audio from the media.

13. Speaker Setup
Select the speakers to be used here.

14. Manage settings
Settings for audiovisual services

15. Volume level
Indicates the volume level.

Information screen Light

In this menu, you can adjust the work light.

Work lighting

1. Podium
Press this button to adjust the lighting above the stage.

2. On / Off
Press these buttons to switch the light on or off.

3. Dimmer
Press this control to adjust the brightness of the light. Slide it up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Side stage

1. Side stage
Press this button to adjust the lighting in the side stage.

2. Light side stage left
Press these buttons to switch the light on or off.

3. Light intensity side stage left
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.

4.  Light side stage right (on the side of Cafe C)
Press these buttons to switch the light on or off.

5. Light intensity side stage right (on the side of Cafe C)
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.

6. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Tribune

1. Tribune
Press this button to adjust the light above the tribune.

2. On / Off
Press these buttons to turn the light on or off.

3. Dimmer
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Stair tread

1. Stair tread
Press this button to adjust the stair step light.

2. Light stair tread left
Press these buttons to turn the light on or off.

3. Light stair tread right
Press these buttons to turn the light on or off.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Scenes

1. Scenes
Press this button to access pre-programmed scenes.

2. On / Off
Press these buttons to turn scenes on or off.

3. Call scenes
Press these buttons to select scenes.  

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Info screen Spots

In this menu, you can adjust the work lights.

Spots

1. Horizon R/G/B
Press this button to turn on the horizon light (the light on the screen).

2. RGB controllers
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.
R stands for Red.
G stands for Green.
B stands for Blue

3. Select R G B
Press here to select Red, Green, or Blue. Then press Call.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Par R/G/B/W/Dim/Zoom

1. Par R/G/B/W/Dim/Zoom
Press this button to turn on the Par R/G/B/W/Dim/Zoom lights (the spotlights above the stage)

2. Par R/G/B/W/Dim/Zoom sliders
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.
Dim stands for Dimmer.
R stands for Red
G stands for Green
B stands for Blue
W stands for White
Zoom stands for zoom. (This allows you to make the beam of light narrower or wider.)

3. Choose R/G/B/W/Dim/Zoom
Press here to select a function. Then press Call.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

Fresnel Front 1/2/3/4

1. Fresnel Front 1/2/3/4
Press this button to turn on the Fresnel Fronts.

2. Fresnel Front 1/2/3/4 sliders
Use this slider to adjust the brightness of the light. Move up to increase the brightness, and down to decrease it.

3. Choose Front 1/2/3/4
Press here to select a function. Then press Call.

4. Close window
Click this button to close the window.

The Theater Hall C is equipped with a portable hearing loop; the receivers are located at the base of the lectern.
