Bulk editing grades

You could already exclude a grade item from the total of all grades. Now you can select multiple grades at once to exclude them from the total number of grades.

1. In the Grade Book, click Manage Grades.
2. Click Bulk Edit.

Please note: This only works for grades of type Numeric.

Portflow in the navigation menu

Previously Portflow was listed under the heading 'Portfolio'. Now 'Portflow' is listed directly in the navigation menu.

Use the Portflow app

You can now use the app to collect evidence for Portflow.

How do you link your Portflow account to the app?

1. Go to Portflow in Brightspace.
2. Open the user menu and click on Login on mobile.
3. Scan the QR code with the Portflow app and confirm your account in Brightspace. Your account is now linked.

Portflow Collections banner

You can now add an image as a background at the top of a collection in Portflow.

1. Go to a collection in your portfolio.
2. Click on the three dots behind Share.
3. Select Edit collection banner.

Add a programme yourself from the online TrainTool Library

As a programme administrator, you can now use the online TrainTool Library to add programmes created by TrainTool to your own programme overview. You no longer need to request this from functional management. Read more about adding programmes.
