3. Mini-jack fader
This fader allows you to adjust the volume of a connected device (laptop or phone). Connect the device to the mini jack (5).
4. Mute button
Press this button to completely mute a specific microphone or the connected device. If you have set everything up correctly and there is still no sound coming from the speakers, this often means that this button is enabled.
Microphones
There are two wireless handheld microphones available for use. These microphones can be found in the drawer (2).
The numbers on the microphones correspond to the numbers on the audio mixer.
Microphones 1 and 2 are both handheld microphones from Sennheiser (Hyperlink maken artikel)
It doesn't matter which brand of microphone you use, but make sure you operate the correct fader for the microphone you have chosen. Always set the fader to low when you turn on the microphone. Raise the fader while speaking into the microphone. This prevents the sound from coming out of the speakers too loud.
Sometimes it happens that the receivers may be turned off. If you want to use a microphone, make sure it is turned on. Press and hold the power button (1) until the screen lights up.
If the microphone batteries are dead, you will find new batteries in the drawer (1).
Troubleshooting
No sound is coming from the speakers.
Check that the microphone receivers are turned on, the fader is open, and the mute button is not activated, as described in Microphones.
None of the equipment seems to be working.
In this case, the power plug may not be properly connected. If so, follow the steps described below the image.
1. The blue plug (Powercon) must be connected as shown in the photo. If the silver clip is not on top of the plug, you can turn the plug to the right. Once the plug clicks, it is securely connected.
2. Check that the plug is plugged into the outlet; it may have been accidentally pulled out.
