Starting up the equipment
1. Activate the touch screen
Touch the screen with your finger. You will now see the Welcome screen.
2. Start the equipment
Touch the screen again to start up the equipment in the room.
3. Check the start-up status
Once the equipment has fully booted up, the Start screen will appear and the system will be ready for use.
Use of the equipment
1. Using the lectern
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the USB-C or HDMI connector.
2. Control room left (HDMI)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the HDMI connector on the left-hand side of the balcony.
3. Control room left (VGA)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the VGA connector on the left-hand side of the balcony.
4. Control room right (HDMI)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the HDMI connector on the right-hand side of the balcony.
5. Control room right (VGA)
Select this option if you are using a laptop connected via the VGA connector on the right-hand side of the balcony.
6. Picture mute
Press this button to hide the image from your laptop. The image will no longer be displayed on the projector. The button will light up blue when activated.
7. Stop projection
Press this button to switch off the projector.
8. Switching off equipment
Press this button to switch off the entire system. All equipment will be switched off and can no longer be used.
9. Projection screen up or down
Do not use this button. The projection screen's lifting mechanism is defective.
10. Volume softer / louder
Set the desired volume of the media here.
11. Audio mute/unmute
Press this button to turn the media audio on or off.
12. Audio recording
Press this button to operate the audio recorder on the balcony.
13. Manage settings
Settings for audiovisual services only
14. Volume level
Indicates the volume of the media.
Audio recorder
1. Power on
Press this button to start the recorder.
2. Standby
Press this button to put the recorder on standby..
3. Rec
Press this button to start recording.
4. Rec pause
Press this button to pause recording.
5. Stop
Press this button to stop recording.
6. Storage
Select the storage medium you wish to use here.
7. Status
Here you can see which storage medium is connected.
8. Close window
Press this button to close the window.
