1. Accept the e-mail invitation from Radboud Universiteit (no-reply) <[email protected]> called 'Invitation external actor: Internship or Thesis assessment' to access the Internship assessment, and click on 'Open activity' ('Open activiteit').
Should you receive an error message by clicking the 'open activity' link, please try to open it in an incognition window.
2. Create a password (for first time use of OSIRIS Case), or;
3. Log in with your existing password/ create a new password when forgotten (returning users)
Log in with your previously created password or create a new one.
In case you forgot a previously created password, click on Forgot your password?
4. The student file that needs assessment will open. Review the uploaded internship thesis documents under 'Internship / Thesis data'(1). Click on 'Second assessment form...' (2) to upload your assessment.
5. For assessment, all degree programmes use their own assessment forms. The student should have sent you the correct assessment form. If not, please contact them.
7. Upload the assessment form you have been sent (and have filled out) (1) and give your grade (2). Click 'Save' (3). Please don't forget to click 'completed' afterwards (see the next step).
8. Click 'Completed'.
