This instruction is written for 'EXTERNAL assessors' of internships.
'EXTERNAL assessors' are NOT employed by Radboudumc.
Accept the e-mail invitation to access the Internship assessment
Open the e-mail sent from Radboud Universiteit (no-reply) <[email protected]> and click on Open Activity
Create a password (for first time use of OSIRIS Case)
Register a password in order to log in.
Log in with your password/ create a new password (returning user in OSIRIS Case)
Log in with your previously created password or create a new one.
In case you forgot a previously created password, click on Forgot your password?
Log in and access the case that requires your assessment - Review the performance and uploaded report
Click on Documents and forms and tab 2. Uploads to review the documents that were uploaded by the student.
Beware: FIRST assessors see the Task 'Assessment of performance and thesis', SECOND assessors see the Task 'Assessment of internship thesis' (see instruction for SECOND assessors)
Enter the assessment forms, one for Performance and one for the Report
Open the assessment forms and review the performance and report in two different forms.
When both forms are filled in please make sure you click the SUBMIT button

- Instructions are given within the form, please select grading through dropdown menu.
- As you progress you will see the grade change, it also shows briefly after a grading. At the end of the form you can overwrite the final grade of the assessment (per form). Add Remarks to provide useful narrative feedback to the student. Once the assessment procedure has been completed, these forms will be made available to the student.
- Click on SAVE AS DRAFT GRADE to submit the assessment form. The button SAVE AS DRAFT can be used to save during assesment.
Click SUBMIT to end your task when both forms are completed
