How do I activate my token for electronic signing? (NSM)

Updated on

As a lecturer, you can enter test results in OSIRIS yourself via OSIRIS Teacher. After entering the test results, you need to sign these results electronically. With this step, you confirm your identity as a lecturer. After electronic signing, results are immediately published and visible to the student.

tiqr app or YubiKey
You can use two different tokens for electronic signing: the tiqr app (on your smartphone) or the YubiKey (a USB-stick). It is preferable to use the tiqr app as a token. Do you prefer not to use your smartphone? Then choose a YubiKey. The YubiKey is provided free of charge once. We call the tiqr app and YubiKey a token.

Activation of the token
Are you a lecturer and do you need to enter test results in OSIRIS? And you don't have a token for electronic signing yet? Then we ask you to arrange this together with us. A token needs to be activated once. Follow the steps below.

If there are any changes regarding your use of the tiqr app or YubiKey, your token might need to be reactivated. In that case, please contact [email protected] and we will help you further.

This is the case, for example, if you have a new smartphone and have had to reinstall the tiqr app, or if you want to switch from YubiKey to tiqr app or vice versa.
